She is survived by: her children, Cindy Payne, Mindy Williams, Tim Stebens and Jennifer Stebens; her grandchildren, Casey Williams, Kelley Williams, Danielle Williams, Robyn Payne, Ashley Payne and Victoria Brooks; and her brother Tom Sowers. She is also survived by 6 cousins.
Memorials may be made in Gracia's name to the Honor Flight of the Quad Cities or to Shriner Children's Hospital.
