She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Forrest; her children, Stephanie Hawthorne and Gerald Hawthorne; her sister Janice Lampkin; her sibling's children, Lamonica "Pooh" Fallon, Carl Lampkin Jr. (Joanne), Cory Lampkin, Chris Lampkin, Racine, Wisc, Damen Lampkin (Carrie) and Donald Fallon; and her stepchildren, Latishia Forrest, Mario and Jason Forrest. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
