He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Baugh and Ova Baugh (Cates); his wife Linda Hughes-Kells; and his grandson Daniel Edwards. He is survived by: his children, Leon Baugh and Christine Edwards; his grandchildren, Ashley Zalabani (Mohammed) and Kristen Edwards; his great grandchildren, Rami, Adam and Sami Zalabani; his grandson Aiden Estep; and his siblings, Richard Baugh and Wanda Young.

Memorials may be made to Moline Church of Christ.
