He was predeceased by: his brother William L. Chance (Pat). He is survived by: his wife Ann A. Albrecht; his daughter Stephanie (Mike); his grandchildren, Heather and Hayden Carroll; and his sisters, Sandra Brown and Linda Johnson (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
