He was predeceased by: his mother Darlene Sims (Mlekush); and his daughter Amy. He is survived by: his father Roy Sims; his friend Harley Davidson; his stepmother Barb Sims; his son Jacob; his siblings, Penny, David and Lee; his stepsiblings, Sherri, Debbie, Donnie and Bobby; and his grandchildren, Mason, Kathryn, Elijah and Ellie.
