With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean M. Doden of Rock Island, Illinois, who passed away on June 6, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Ruehmann and Violet LaFrentz Ruehmann; and her husband Herbert F. Doden Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Rick Doden (Kate), Hansville, Wash, Heidi Palmer (Vere), Belgrade and Mont; and her sister-in-law Marybeth Whitten (Doden). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made in care of Shriners Hospital for Children or Church of Peace United Church of Christ.
