We are sad to announce that, on October 19, 2025, at the age of 61, Julie M (Larkins) Baldwin of Rock Island, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Julie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Julie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Larkins and Collen Larkins (Sage); her sister Joyce; and her niece Shelly. She is survived by: her siblings, Janet Pierce, Judi Jarvis (Don), Dale Larkins (Pam) and Tim Larkins (Becky). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of stepchildren and grandchildren.
