We are sad to announce that, on December 29, 2021, at the age of 79, June C. Grindley of Rock Island, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of June C. Grindley to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Yarbrough and Madelyn Yarbrough (Mount). She is survived by: her husband Edward Grindley; her children, James Wadkins (Candy), Kathy Dekezel (Tim Agy), Christine Villarreal (Edwardo), Danny Wadkins Jr. (Nellie) and Cynthia Brooks (James) of Walnut, IL; and her siblings, Eileen Schipper, Iris Yarbrough, Glenn Yarbrough and Sue Attwood (Jeff). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be left in care of the American Cancer Society.
