She is survived by: her children, Fran Sedam, Sharla Evans (Glen) and Yolonda Pate; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Stevan, Jean, Trishia, Nicholas, Grant, Gavin and Evan; her great grandchildren, Brittany, Chelsea, Brantley, Kelsey, Cole, Beau, Taylor, Grace, Chase and Zoey; her brother Allen Fordham (Mary); Ron Reynolds.
