It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lela Taylor (Rock Island, Illinois), born in Buda, Illinois, who passed away on May 19, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Hall and Gertrude Hall (Huber); her husband Richard E. Taylor; and her sons, James Taylor and Charles Frick.

Cremation will be accorded and due to the restricted guidelines of COVID-19 private graveside services will be held at Pleasant View Cemetery in Kewanee.

Memorials may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice and sent to Rux Funeral Home, 507 S. Chestnut St., Kewanee, IL 61443.
