He was loved and cherished by many people including: his fathers, Howard Robinson and Roy Scott, Jr.; his sisters, Stephanie and Marva Scott; his wife Nedwra Scott; his siblings, Leland Robinson (Paulette), Carolyn Whitlock of Hannibal, MO, Edward Robinson of Columbia, MO, Pam Dobson of Columbus, OH, Kenny Scott (Normelle), Kim Scott (Dennis) of Davenport, IA and Booker Scott (Ann) of Seattle, WA; his children, Tim Tutt of Des Moines, IA, Angie Scott, Robert Harbin III of Davenport, IA and Scott Robinson of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Anthony, Alyssa and Abbi; his nephews, Sean Davis, Chad Scott and Jordon Scott; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Keesha Gaines and Virginia Trujillo; his granddaughter Jasmine; his cousin Jean Hall; and his friend James Andrews. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
