It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillie Mae Bell of Rock Island, Illinois, born in Osceola, Arkansas, who passed away on January 10, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Earl Bragg and Liza Bragg-Dickerson (Burrage); and her siblings, Mary Lee Bragg, Fred Bragg and Victor Hale.

She is survived by: her daughter Victoria Bell (William Newman) of Independence, Missouri; her grandchildren, Xavier D. Clark, Javon D. Whiteside, Jr. and Javin N. Whiteside; her great grandchild Ashton J. Whiteside; and her siblings, Mary Randolph of Rock Island, Helen Fountain (Melvin) of Michigan, Wilbert Earl Bragg (Annie) of Arkansas, Johnny Bragg of Rock Island, Dr. Eddie Bragg (Margaret) of Michigan and Deacon Edward Charles Bragg (Sandra) of Tennessee. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorials may be made to Victoria Bell, for a fund to be established.
