She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Matthys and Marie Matthys (Seidel). She is survived by: her husband Robert Avery Smith; her sons, Bob Smith, Davenport and Michael Smith (Peggy) of Palm Coast, FL; her grandchildren, Zachary Smith, Rebecca Smith, Jeffrey Smith, Rachel Dailey, Timothy Smith and Betsy Ginnane; her great grandchildren, Connor, Faith Anne, Braden, Carson and Paxton; her sister Suzanne Garcia; her brother-in-law Paul Smith; and her niece Kimberly.
