She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Bell and Evelyn Bell. She is survived by: her husband Richard Fislar (Dick); her sister Marcy Bell of Rock Island, IL; her stepson Brian Fislar (Kris) of The Colony, TX; and her children, Becky Milton-Howard (Bret) of Arlington, VA and Andrew Milton (Shannon) of Davenport, IA. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in care of the Rock Island Rotary.
