It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy J. Ballinger of Rock Island, Illinois, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Art DePaepe and Mamie DePaepe (Brennan); her children, Michael Ballinger and Debra Gimm; and her siblings, Tommy, Gerry, Shirley, Bev, Donald, Robert, Jackie and Dale.
She is survived by: her husband Dick Ballinger; her children, Vickie Sparks, Lori Thomer (Douglas) and Rich Ballinger Jr. (Bridgette); and her sister Linda. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital or to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
