She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Safe and Helen Riffle Safe; and her spouse Dale A. Carlson. She is survived by: her sons, Dan (Iris Carlson), Dennis (Jill Carlson) and Darron (Lynne Carlson); her grandchildren, Krista Carlson, Paul Carlson, Anne Buckley, Tabitha Paddock and Jenny Lynch; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Michael Paddock, Johnathon Carlson, Lydia and Lucas Buckley; and her sisters, Joy Lindberg of Billings, MT. and Sharon McCool of Cordova, IL..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (3030 7th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
