He was predeceased by : his parents, Nicholas Painter Sr. and Vida Cohen. He is survived by : his wife Monica Barks; his children, Autimn Painter (Jacob), Zachary Painter (Shyanne) and Emily Simmons (Andrew); his grandchildren, Sophie, Alaric, Freya, Lyla Ann, Uriah, Natalie, Dawson and Landon; and his siblings, Tracy Serrano, Allison Randall, Becky Painter and Craig Painter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
