She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Curl and Margaret Curl (Englum); her husband Samuel Doak; her daughter Mary Elizabeth (Phil Petrie) of San Diego, CA; and her granddaughter Katie Rice.
She is survived by: her children, Sam Doak (Lis Figueroa) of Aledo, IL, Brian Doak (Sue) of Stover, MO, Dr. Kevin Doak (Therese) of Herndon, VA, Dr. Bridget Doak, John Doak (Jill), Dan Doak (Tom Zoubek) of Lyons, NY, Margaret Carton (Tony), Owen Doak (Betty) of Crystal Lake, IL, Dr. Colleen Doak (Don Gustofson) and Sheila Doak (Iornenge Jagusah). She is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
