She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Aloysius Wahlheim and Audree Rose Lerch Wahlheim; her husband Leroy J. Benker; her daughter Julie (Quentin Wadle); her grandchildren, Sam, Noah, Maria, Elizabeth, Anne Marie, Timothy, Dominic, Benjamin, Jeremiah and Ignatius of La Porte, IN; her son Scott Benker; and her brothers, Tom (Mary Ellen Wahlheim) and Gerry (Mary).
