She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Young and Anna Young (Kuchan); and her sister Mary Ann Collins. She is survived by: her sister Martha R. Young; her close friend Mickey Curtis; and her sibling's children, Anne McAvinn and Michael Collins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (3030 7th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church.
