He was predeceased by: his mother Kay Bashaw (Winterbottom). He is survived by: his father James "Jim" Bashaw; his wife Delrae Jordan; his daughter Arazi; his son-in-law Taylor Love; his stepchildren, Dylan Mayers (Abby) and Jordan Mayers (Dowl Benn); his grandchildren, Stella, Adalynn and Raylynn; his friends, JD Jordan, Ethan Johnson, Kurt Jensen, Danny Parr and Darren Cain; his brother Tom Bashaw; and his pets, Mike and Molly.

Memorials may be made in care of the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
