She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sr. Dexter and Vera Dexter (Lehman); her husband George E. Barber; and her siblings, Frank Dexter, Jr. and Katherine LeRoy.
She is survived by: her children, George Barber (Diane) of Cascade, Michael Barber (Bonnie) of Arlington, Judith LeVan (Kent) of Mechanicsville, Curtis Barber (Kim) of Moline and Mary Hougard (Dennis) of Rock Island. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
