She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Carolan and Helen Carolan (O'Brien); her husband Louis Orwitz; and her siblings, Raymond, Charles, Rosalyn and Eunice.
She is survived by: her children, Matthew Orwitz (Mary), Martin Orwitz (Lisa), LeClaire and Ellen Fry (Jeff); her grandchildren, Alaina (Sean), Rabecca (Gustaf), Olivia (Tom), Mick and Natalie; her sister Mary Ellen Kuhlman (Richard); and her brother-in-law Vincent McGuire. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
