He is survived by: his wife Peggy Curl; and his children, Sam Doak (Lis Figueroa) of Aledo, IL, Brian Doak (Sue) of Stover, MO, Dr. Kevin Doak (Therese) of Herndon, VA, Dr. Bridget Doak, John Doak (Jill), Dan Doak (Tom Zoubek) of Lyons, NY, Margaret Carton (Tony), Owen Doak (Betty) of Crystal Lake, IL, Dr. Colleen Doak (Don Gustofson) and Sheila Doak (Iornenge Jagusah). He is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
