He is survived by: his daughter Kayla Evans (Emily) of Milan, Illinois; his stepson Brian Custer (Jennifer) of Barrie, Canada; his granddaughter Ryleigh; his brother Chris Duncan (Jennifer) of Eldridge, Iowa; his nieces and nephews, Jack and Brianne Duncan; his friend Laurie DePoorter; and his pets, Myla, Emma, Baxter and Luna.
