He is survived by: his daughter Arminda; his sister Taina Machalek; his sister-in-law Jean Machalek; his stepson Tim Lindsay, Sr.; his grandchildren, Tim "Shawn" Lindsay, Jr. and Alexis Vrana; his godsons, Michael Melchi (Gabrielle Machalek), Darrell Machalek, Jr., Deon Machalek (Wendy Auliff), Marcus Machalek, Scott Machalek (Amy Machalek-Taylor) and Daryl Mears; and also Arminda. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
