We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2024, at the age of 76, Theodore Handley of Rock Island, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theodore Handley to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Handley and Florence Handley Sr. (Crosby); and his brother Edward Handley Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mickee; his children, Stuart Handley and Cyndi Handley; his stepdaughters, Darcey Sebolt and Marley Nerhus; and his brother Leonard (Cyndi Handley). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to the family.
