He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Paul and Dorothy Louise Lancial (Talbot); his wife Annette Cornell; his sister Karen Ables; and his grandson Dax.

He is survived by : his children, Scott Lancial (Kelli), Laura Kilen (Todd), Alice Davis (Morgan), John Lancial (Pam) and Elizabeth McMullen (Ken). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
