He was predeceased by : his parents, Delmar C. "Curly" Carter and Shirley Carter (Leslie); his niece Amber Vallandingham; and his sister-in-law Sue Carter. He is survived by : his children, Chelsea Carter, Tyler Carter and Tanner Carter; his grandson Jameson Suzewits; and his siblings, Randy Carter (Linda), Terry Carter, Tony Carter and Tammy Foley (Bob).
