Nelson of Rock Island, Illinois, born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Larry Lee Sr. and Adina "Lillie" Hurtado Hart; her husband Kenneth Nelson; her son Brandon Nelson (Davenport); and her siblings, Annette Reyes Davis, Sherri Hart, Davenport, Cindy Rellias, Larry Lee Hart Jr., Richie Hart, Brandi Pascal and Tiffany Hart.
