He is survived by: his son Kyng Dior Foulks; his siblings, Melanie Baltimore (Bobby Quinn) of Davenport, Iowa, James of Davenport, Iowa and Taylor Jr. of Davenport, Iowa; his aunts and uncles, Ethel "Lean" Richardson, Lisa Baltimore, Cheryl Harrington, Kenny Baltimore (Martha) and Rodney Baltimore; his nephews, Deangelo, Demonte, Demario, Charrele and Adrian; and his close friend Tracy Hutchins.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Trimble Funeral Home (701 12th St, Moline, IL 61265). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
