He is survived by: his sister Marlene Bland of Davenport, IA; and his children, Sheila Jones (Lonnie) of Quincy, IL, Joni Overton (Jerry) of Davenport, IA, Doni Kemp of Denver, CO, Charles Bland (Sharon) of Georgetown, TX, Troy F Bland of Aurora, CO, Jonathon Bland (Carol) of Davenport, IA, Taurean Morrison and Tiffany Benamon of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephew.
