She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Lowe and Aris Lowe; her siblings, Henry, Jerry, Arzella and Margaret (Peggy); and her daughter Glenda.
She is survived by: her siblings, Bobby Lowe, Dorothy Nance (Florida) and Irean Pettigrew (Chicago); her sons, Robert Babers (Teresa), David Babers (Jen) and Eric Babers; her grandchildren, Kayla Babers, Jasmine Babers-Gunn, Jada Babers, Quincy Babers, Olivia Babers and Trae Babers; and her great grandchildren, Miles, Myla, Amari, Dream, Nova and Brielle. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Knox Chapel of Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory (2106 7th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201).
