He was predeceased by: his father Everett Mullens. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Mullens (Hester) of Rock Island; his children, Eric Mullens of Davenport and Sara Mullens of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and his siblings, Robin, Jeff and Teresa Mullens. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
