He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tacey and Alma Tacey (Catour); his wife Carol Gonse; his daughters, Karen Hughes and Teresa Mary; his grandson Joshua Tacey; and his siblings, Shirley Bush, Joanne Panther, Jack Tacey and Vincent Tacey.
He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Tacey, Marcia Terwilliger (Paul), Dana Herman (Jeff) and Randy Tacey (Beth); his son-in-law Kevin Hughes; and his grandchildren, Cara Garcia (Gary), Amanda Alongi (Joe), Erin Hughes, Emily Hartwick (Bob), Adam Tacey (Jen), Matthew Terwilliger (Megan Sand) and Julie Terwilliger (Louie Hernandez). He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; and 15 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials can be made to St. Pius Church or Alleman High School.
