She is survived by: her children, Monty Carl Lewis of Illinois and Chandra Lewis of Illinois; her sister Debra Stevens of Illinois; and her grandchildren, Devell Lewis of Kentucky and Davisha Parrow of Iowa. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, her nieces and nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.
