He was predeceased by: his parents, Odren Walden and Ruby Leona Walden (Fry); his spouse Mickey Motley; and his siblings, Dorothy Campbell, Truman, Earl, Herman, Dickie, Everett, Paul and Bill.
He is survived by: his children, Katrina Walden of St. Louis and Jeremy Walden of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Jada, Eric and Ethan Walden; and his siblings, Wanda Motley (Roy), Donna Walden, Jackie McAdams, Patty Adams (Mike), Opal Lawson, Jim Walden (Deb) and Lou Walden (Ann).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shields-Bishop Funeral Home (604 Walnut, Greenfield, IL 62044). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at the Witt Cemetery.
