He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Prymak and Matrona Prymak (Romaniuk); his sister Chujko; and his significant other Kathie Gummow. He is survived by: his sister Toni; and his caregivers, Sharon Blair, Claudia, Coco, Don, Grace, Lily and Maria.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christ the Savior Eastern Orthodox Church.
