“I reside in the mobile home park Mr tinsley owned for many many years. He was one of the sweetest men I have ever met. So caring, understanding and always willing to help in any way he could. He will truly be missed and remembered by many that new him. My prayers and thoughts are with his family and friends. May He rest in peace.”
