He was predeceased by: his father William Lint; his brother Jonathan Lint; his aunt Anna McCarthy; and his cousin Mike Tuite. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Lint (Goodrid); his wife Laura Lint (Dixon); his daughter Valrie Lint (Josh Cavin); his granddaughter Ayla Cavin; his brother Kevin Lint; his brothers-in-law, Ron Dixon and Dave Yungen; his mother-in-law Kathy Yungen; and his close friends, Alan and Sean. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
