She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sigler and Elizabeth Sigler (Doyle); her husband Harry Sandager; and her brother Gary. She is survived by: her children, Brian Sandager (Susan), Shelby Butler (Steve), Kevin Sandager (Lisa) and Kerry Sandager (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Angela James (Dan), Jennifer Sandager (Rick Millard), Shawn Butler (Marie), Joshua Butler (Jasmine), Amanda Rouse (Bill), David Sandager, Amy Enser (Luke), Stephanie Brown (David), Claudia Dotzler (Conrad) and Alexandra Sandager. She is also survived by 25 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Childrens' Research Hospital, an organization dear to Arlene's heart.
