She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Waters and Margaret Waters (Hoey); and her husband Francis "Frank" Licari. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Licari (Debbie), Christopher Licari and Deborah Roller; her granddaughters, Erica Schibley (Dean), Amanda Roller, Stacey Cantrell (Joe), Marisa Licari, Alexandra Licari and Samantha Licari; her great grandchildren, Clark Cantrell, Rayven Morea, Gabrielle Schaibley and Stella Cantrell; her sister Gerry Hanrahan (Paul); her nephews, Paul Trent and Greg Hanrahna; and her great-nieces, Ashlee Ashwood and Brittney Trent.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
