She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Blair and Georganna Blair (Michael); her former husband Robert Ebel; and her husband Don West. She is survived by: her son Scott Ebel (Patricia); her brothers, Bob Blair and Jim Blair; her granddaughters, Ashley Frame (Mike) and Tapanga Ebel; her great grandchildren, Russell and Maci; and her little buddy Otis.
