He is survived by: his wife Joyce Polk; his children, Tammy Allen (Charles), Judith Polk (Brian), Collett Polk, Shannen Polk, Kirk Rhynes, Ben Barbour, Marcus "Tony" Barbour (Billy Jo), David Barbour (Carrie), Michael Polk (Jennifer) and Robert Polk; and his brother Jesse Polk (Wanda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
