He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Hemphill (Kleinert); and his parents, Albert Hemphill and Elta Hemphill (Bennehoff). He is survived by: his son Curtis Dean Hemphill; his grandchildren, Kyle Dean Hemphill (Courtney) and Amber Lynn Hemphill; his great grandchild Harper Lynn; and his sister Ann Kuster.
