She was predeceased by: her brothers, Harold Anderson (Maxine), Andy Anderson (Verna) and Wallace Anderson; and her siblings-in-law, Gene Lockett (Christine), Johnny Lockett (Dorothy) and Peggy Lockett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam "PJ" Franseen (Rick) and Debbie Koester (Mark); her grandchildren, Jeremy Franseen, Josh Franseen (Jill), Jenny Van Winkle (Steven), Vinnie Caiozzo (Sara), Jessie Bray (Alfonso) and Jacob Koester (Madison); her nibling Carri-Ann Johnson; her godchildren, Carri-Ann Johnson and Chaplain Colonel; her brother Robert "Zeke" Anderson (Carol); and her brother-in-law Bobby Lockett. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Broadway Covenant Church (3525 Broadway, Rockford, IL 61108). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations are made to Broadway Covenant Church or Transitions Care (hospice service who provided loving, compassionate care of our mother and extended support to Pam & Debbie).
