Betty left this world on May 13, 2026 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin McCue and Elverda McCue; her husband Duane Oberheim; and her daughter Diana Halley. She is survived by: her sons, John Oberheim (Marcia) and David Oberheim (Carey); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Oberheim (Molly), Michael Oberheim (Julie), Andrea Oberheim, Denise Reuber and Dawn Swanson; and her great grandchildren, Andrew Oberheim, Mason Oberheim, Sophie Oberheim, Mickenzie Mills and Dylan Swanson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Verdi Club (782 N Madison St, Rockford, IL 61107).
