He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Tomlinson; his children, Kenya Tomlinson of Freeport, Charles Spears of Detroit and Russell Spears (Nicole); his godson Frankie Sanders of Rockford; his siblings, Vernon Tomlinson, James Tomlinson of Rockford, John Tomlinson of Minnesota, Jay P. Tomlinson of Milwaukee and Gloria Jean Tomlinson of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.; and his grandchildren, Ta'Corey, Zyrell of Freeport, Demarcus Eubanks and Russell Spears Jr. of Rockford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Living Word Tabernacle in honor of Cabot's life and legacy.
