He was predeceased by: his siblings, Donnie, Jonathan Woods, Margaret Watkins, Eloise "Sweetpea" Pearson, Wanda Jean Woods and Doris Holliman.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Woods; his children, Quincina Woods, Sheneitha Hayes, Lenita Brooks, Lee Anthony Charles (Jennifer), Quincy (Carolyn), Carie Jr. Woods (Anika), Lorenzo Smith and Aaron Johnson; and his siblings, Peg Williams (Ron), Jaunita Woods, Delores Walker (Jeff), Alex Woods (Mary), James Woods, Robert Earl Woods (Nora), Marvin Woods and Curtis Woods (Amy). He is also survived by 34 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
