Carol J. Wagner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol J. Wagner of Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John; her husband Lyle Newton Wagner; and her sister Elaine Fennel. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristin Reiter (Kenneth) and Amy Nystrom (Scott); her grandchildren, Claudia, Madeleine Reiter, Eric and Julia Nystrom; her sister Joan Lee (Homer Max); her sibling's children, Andy Lee (Kristen), Derek Lee (Monica), Anna Marie Fennel, Paul Fennel, Michael Fennel, Bert Fennel and John Fennel; her sister-in-law Linda Trosper (Bill); and her niece Laura Schweitzer (Dan).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may me made to Rock Valley College School of Nursing, Fairhaven Christian Retirement, or Northern Illinois Hospice in her name are appreciated.
